Our cuisine

All the dishes on offer are carefully chosen and prepared. Here, local dishes combine with the chef's latest creations, reflecting the variety and quality of the local produce.


Top of the list are lamb and game dishes, served with a wide variety of mushrooms from the region, as well as the home-made cold cuts such as the Xolís, the secallona (Catalan cold sausage) or Catalan pork liver paté and tripe. You can even enjoy dishes hard to find today such as "freginat" or a Catalan stew made with the parts of head and trotters of pig.

Other specialities include red rooster and mushrooms or chestnuts, jugged chamois or rabbit casserole with wild mushrooms, or other dishes such as "escudella" a rich Catalan country-style stew, or traditional soups such as "brown bread soup".
